The location was very convenient! it was a short distance from the metro station and city centre mall! this made it easy for both business and leisure activities. i appreciated the breakfast a lot. The variety was excellent. an entire floor was dedicated to breakfast options. I had plenty of choices to start the day.
the ac was facing the bed though it felt a bit too cold during the night even after adjusting the temperature

The breakfast had a great variety of choices. That was acceptable.
The room felt very dull even after opening the curtains. Something outside was blocking the window, i couldn't see anything. the staff was mostly unfriendly. Only two members in the restaurant smiled.

The room was spacious. I had a good view. the breakfast buffet included many healthy choices, a very welcome addition.
The bathroom water was leaking, and the response to fix it was slow. there was also a bad smell from a worker. It was quite unpleasant.

the room was spacious. it featured modern decor and comfortable furnishings. i found the complimentary bottled water a nice touch, it was refilled daily. the bathroom included premium toiletries, and the housekeeping service maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay.
the elevator wait times were occasionally a bit long! particularly during peak hours.

the room was big. it had good air conditioning that kept the temperature steady. breakfast included many choices that i liked. the staff always acted professional.
this affected the natural light. the wait for taxis sometimes stretched beyond a convenient time. i would like improvements in this.
